Besan Ke Laddu

Besan Ke Laddu, recipe for this Diwali.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 2 cups of Gram Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Almonds & Raisins (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered Cardamom

Method:

  • Heat the ghee in a pan
  • Put the gram flour into pan and fry it on a low flame till it turns brown.
  • Once it is browned, let it cool.
  • Mix well while adding powdered cardamom with sugar and add chopped almonds and raisins.
  • Make small ladoos and serve.
