Besan Ke Laddu, recipe for this Diwali.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 2 cups of Gram Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Almonds & Raisins (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Powdered Cardamom
Method:
- Heat the ghee in a pan
- Put the gram flour into pan and fry it on a low flame till it turns brown.
- Once it is browned, let it cool.
- Mix well while adding powdered cardamom with sugar and add chopped almonds and raisins.
- Make small ladoos and serve.
